Divided We Fall: Americans in the Aftermath

This film looks like it will be very interesting and I am intrigued to see what the artist's viewpoints are going to be. The film is about the aftermath of September 11, 2001, a day I will never forget. This film, made by a college student, explores prejudices in our country today that are present due to opinions about September 11th. I feel that everyone should be treated equally regardless of race, religion or background but unfortunately that has not been the way some of our citizens of Islamic background have been treated. I think this will be one of the more interesting films at the festival and I hope that it will spur a reaction from the viewers to hopefully stop these prejudices in our country. This film will be shown on September 29th at 12pm in the Suntrust Auditorium at Rollins College.
